She has been recognized as the #1 REALTOR in Horry County and has been the #1 RE/MAX Residential Sales Associate in South Carolina. A Platinum Club Member, Karen earned The Lifetime Achievement Award and has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Karen is an avid community volunteer. She has been the President of the American Business Women's Association as well as President of the United Way of Horry County. She currently serves on the Citizen Advisory Committee to the North Myrtle Beach Department of Public Safety.
